If these techniques are practiced on a regular basis, communication will be clearer, strategies more effective and goals more precise. Learn simple yoga stretches, breathing and "mindfulness" techniques, as well as simple suggestions like clearing out the clutter in your office and taking a walk at lunch. Brigid Regina Barrett, has worked successfully in the environmental and social change fields for 18 years. She has held management positions and has facilitated many effective teams. Ms. Barrett has also trained extensively in yoga, meditation, energy work and therapeutic dance. As a personal coach, she combines her life's work. She has extensive experience in nutrition, exercise, Hatha and Power yoga, outdoor recreation, therapeutic dance, meditation, creating sacred ritual and intuitive healing. Her professional experience also includes group facilitation, public outreach, management, supervision and training. She believes that with clear thought and intention and a balance of optimal health, spiritual practice, order, simple living and support, one can live a life full of bliss.
