What is Lifestyle Enhancement Coaching?

Lifestyle Enhancement Coaching involves meeting with you in your home, office or through telephone consultation.  We will spend the first couple of sessions sharing your goals and intentions, as well as your existing living patterns and/or routines.  I will assist you in making choices to adjust your life to create room for, and invite in, health, order, clarity and fulfillment.  If you wish, we will develop a program in which we will create some goals and accomplishable assignments that we will adjust or fine-tune to fit into the life you want for yourself.  (For those that do not need another task in their life, an example of an "assignment" may be to cut something out that is not serving you.)  Together we will decide how I can provide the support you need to accomplish these goals.  If a "program" seems overwhelming, we can take it one session at a time.   Flexibility and customizing the sessions to suit you and your needs is the essence of Lifestyle Enhancement Coaching.

Brigid Regina Barrett, B.S., M.I.A., founder of Lifestyle Enhancement Coaching®, specializes in designing experiences that assist individuals in getting in touch with their true inner calling and internalizing a healthy way of being.  While leading a very full life, balancing career, family, and personal well being, she has discovered many effective tools and principles to live by.  Brigid also draws from 18 years of work in the environmental movement as a grassroots facilitator and motivator for social change and over 20 years of spiritual study and practice. She has extensive experience in nutrition, exercise, Hatha and Power yoga, outdoor recreation, therapeutic dance, meditation, creating sacred ritual and intuitive healing.  Her professional experience also includes group facilitation, public outreach, management, supervision and training.  She believes that with clear thought and intention and a balance of optimal health, spiritual practice, order, simple living and support, one can live a life full of bliss.  This life can include friends, family, work, play and much pleasure, done with grace, abundance and, virtually, stress free.
