You are the universe.
It can be no other way. As such you are complete
from the moment you are born. If you believe
that we are all one and that you are the
universe, along with everyone and everything
else, then all that you need is already yours,
if you know how to access it. Whatever you need,
all you have to do is embody it. I will show you
one way to do so here. This technique,
actually a way of being, can be used for many
things from world peace to money for the rent.
It works best when the desire for something is
altruistic and/or for your highest good.
It cannot work to control another person and in
the end you would not want to do that anyway.
Above I mentioned the
quote “be the change you want to see happen.”
This is done here in meditation. So relax
your body and clear your mind. It is also
helpful to close your eyes. I do this lying down
but do so only if you are not inclined to fall
asleep easily. As you relax completely, picture
yourself expanding until you are the entire
universe. Feel your body gently expand. If
you experience fear in doing this, ask angels or
your guides to help you feel safe, or just
picture yourself surrounded by light. As you
expand and feel the sensation of expanding look
around this universe you are and see what you
embody. Feel the expansiveness in every cell of
your body while at the same time feeling the
weight of your body against the floor or
wherever you are lying down. Locate the item or
quality you wish to embody. You might actually
see it with your eyes or you might sense it in
some other way, such as feel it. It might be in
just one location or it might be everywhere.
What is important is that you experience it with
as many senses as you can. Stay with this
experience as long as you need to. When
you have a feeling of it being within you, then
you are finished. Some people will hear a
sound as it shifts into place or will have a
sense of completion. With practice you
will come to know how the completion registers
for you. Be sure to experience the love,
gratitude and joy of being. When you are
finished return slowly to the room, being sure
to connect with the floor to ground yourself.
Remember that this
technique might not manifest immediately.
You do not need to repeat it often as the over
focusing on something implies that it is not a
part of your existence. This is the
opposite of what you are trying to accomplish
with this activity. This is a very powerful way
of being. Enjoy it. Please share
