Aquativity is synchronizing your
inner wave with the outer flow of water and air,
impacting your central nervous system. This
non-invasive, gentle movement is done in pools,
Jacuzzis, the ocean, lakes & rivers. It can
even be done in bathtubs. Workshop space
available at our Aquativity Wellness Center.
Ayurvedic
Constitutional Analysis is the traditional yogic
approach to health, assessing the individual
combination of elements (ether, air, fire, water,
earth) in each person. Once understood,
specific diet, meditation, and yoga postures are
suggested. We offer individual and small group
yoga classes, seminars, bodywork, hypnotherapy,
counseling and teacher training.
Our vision at Boothbay Whole Health
Medical Center is to provide an integrated approach
to health care. We seek to identify your
medical problems and treat them using an integrated
system of conventional medicine together with other
healing systems. We feel that this is the key
to treating the whole person, and to restoring a

environmental medicine and allergy, longevity and
anti-aging medicine. Other practitioners at
the Center focus on nutritional counseling and
energy medicine (Reiki and Shamanic healing).
